We usually reply the same day on weekdays. On weekends or public holidays, it may take up to 24 hours. If you're in a hurry, you're also welcome to contact us directly by phone or email.
To confirm your reservation, we require a 50% deposit via bank transfer. The remaining balance will be paid the day before arrival. Bank transfer details will be sent along with your availability confirmation.
